Cute, relaxing, and full of fluff — words that describe both cats and Tabi to Boku to Neko (2026). The story follows Mamoru Nekogami (Daisuke Nakagawa), a travel writer with a unique secret: he can talk to cats! He uses this ability to "interview" local cats wherever he goes, which often leads him to meaningful encounters with people along the way. Through these moments, he quietly warms their hearts as well. The series beautifully showcases different places in Japan, featuring scenic views, cozy restaurants, and local cuisine. It is especially enjoyable for those who want a glimpse of the country. Nekogami’s interactions are fun to watch, particularly when he tries to convince others that he does not actually talk to cats, even though he sometimes responds to them out loud without realizing it immediately. Each episode offers heartwarming stories, too. Whether he is helping reunite a lost cat with its owner or completely reestablishing a struggling business through his travel blog, Nekogami's kindness leaves a lasting impression. The show keeps things light and avoids heavy conflict, making it an easy and comforting watch. With only four episodes, the series is so soothing that it leaves you wanting more. If you are looking for something calm, heartwarming, and easy to enjoy, this series is definitely worth watching!
