I found this to be a little lackluster, nothing against the actors, they were all fine. The basic story, you have an older guy running a business and he gets curious about a younger customer; more so when he finds out the younger one sings at the bar he visits and, in time, they become a couple. The relationship between them came across as more 'matter of fact' than of any real passion. The older one also becomes a bit of a mentor to the younger one. There are also four subplots, one is very sad and will make you cry. The other isn't really resolved and they try to leave that as an open mystery and the final one really contributed nothing, it introduced random elements that went nowhere. At 16 parts, they had the space to tell a deep and multi-layered story, but they didn't. While I would consider the story good, it really wasn't a passionate one or a memorable one (other than the sad subplot) and you really don't get a complete story. Then there is the ending, this is not a spoiler to the story, but after the main story ends, they just show some random, unrelated scenes; it was almost like they had footage left over and just tacked them on. This could have been much more interesting than they made it.
